OUR BUILDING SERVICES

In our scope of Services to our Clients from diverse building segments, we provide services including excavation, piling, substructures and superstructures works, architectural works, aluminium cladding and curtain walling, mechanical and electrical works, interior fitting-out works, external works and landscaping.

The Services can be in the following forms of contract: -

(i) Conventional Contract

This is the traditional type and most common form of contract whereby the construction project is carry out in accordance with the designs and specifications provided by our Clients' consultants.

(ii) Design & Build (D&B) Contract

In a D&B contract, we provide the design (structural and M&E) aspect of the project in addition to the typical conventional construction works. We will engage consultants and work together to deliver the project from the design stage till completion.

(iii) Project / Construction Management

As a Management Contractor/Consultant, it is our professional responsibility to ensure that the contract is carried out in accordance to the Client's requirement within the stipulated time frame. Our services are not limited to managing the Contractors or Sub-Contractors appointed for the project, we also embark on the pre- and post-contract award including the finalisation of account and effective cost management. Other value-added services such as the provision of value-engineering / alternatives remain our strengths in assisting the client in saving cost and time while maintaining the Client's original intent.
